A reservationist at Bangz will coordinate a service experience specifically for your needs in the first available reservation time that fits your schedule. If you have a specific date and time you would like to come in, we recommend booking your reservation as soon as possible to ensure your desired date and time is available. We also offer a Standby List for highly requested days and times from which we call to book from for schedule changes or last-minute availabilities. We welcome Walk-Ins and same day reservations based on designer availability. You may request a specific designer to perform services for you or we can match you up with a designer who we believe will best suit your personal needs.

Reservation Confirmations

Reservations are often made weeks or months in advance and it’s easy to forget the date and time they are scheduled for. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service reservations one to two business days prior to your reservation date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your reservation dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed reservations and the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals and Cancellations

In the event you are running behind, please call our Concierge desk and inform them of your expected arrival time. Our designers will do their best to accommodate you but please note that there may be a circumstance in which running behind would cause your reservation to be rescheduled in order to prevent compromising the level of service you would receive. We will attempt to contact any guest who is more than 10-15 minutes late for their reservation, if the guest is unable to be reached, the reservation will automatically be cancelled and offered to a guest on our Standby List.

Cancellations or service changes are required to be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation. We are a reservation based salon which means service times are specifically reserved and set aside in advance for an individual guest. Canceling in advance allows the Reservationist to offer your reservation time to a guest waiting on the Standby List. However, failure to arrive or to cancel a reservation in advance results in lost time and money for the scheduled designer.

We understand that sometimes events occur that are beyond our control and may cause a guest to run behind or miss their scheduled reservation. However, chronic last-minute cancellations or No Shows will require a minimum non-refundable deposit of $25 or 1/2 of the total scheduled services, whichever is greater. The deposit will be applied to the balance due during checkout or forfeited if the reservation is missed.
